In these rules, unless the subject or context requires otherwise,–
(a) "Headmaster" means the headmaster of a full-fledged government primary primary school or primary school run on a general budget,
(b) "Inspector" means the District Education Inspector of the concerned district and in his absence the Sub-Inspector of District Education under him.
(c) "Salary" shall mean wages and allowances to be received as per rules, including such allowances, (d) "Notice" means the notice published in the Nepal Gazette.
