Rule 2
Definition
In these Regulations, unless the subject or the context requires otherwise-
(a). 'Court' means District Court.
(b) Act' means the Administration of Justice Act, 2073.
(c) "Judge" means the Judge of the District Court and the term also includes the Judge acting as the Head of the Court.
(d) Sarestedar' means an officer assigned to do the work prescribed by Khrestedar under the general direction and control of the judge and the prevailing law related to the administration of the court.

(d) "Application of a special nature" means an application submitted under Section 40 15 77 136 137 139 1153 157 177 328 of the Civil Procedure (Code) Act, 2074 and Section 153 of the Civil Procedure (Code) Act 2074.
