Rule 2
Definition
In these Regulations, unless the subject or the context requires otherwise, -
(a) "Act" means the Administrative Courts Act, 2076.
(b) "Law practitioner" means a legal practitioner as per the Nepal Law Practitioners Council Act, 2050.
(ga) "Registrar" means the Registrar of the Court.
