: Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this regulation - [.a) Act" means the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act, 2074.
(b) "Commercial establishment" means an establishment carrying on industrial business including industries, factories, cinema houses, - shopping malls, multi-purpose commercial buildings, joint residential buildings, hotels, resorts, party palaces, petrol pumps etc.
