(1) Any project related to infrastructure can be implemented through public-private partnership.
(2) According to sub-section (1), any of the following methods may be adopted while implementing the project through public-private partnership:-
(a) Construction and Transfer,
(b) construction, operation and transfer,
(c) Construction, ownership, operation and transfer,
(d) Construction, transfer and operation,
(e) Lease, Operation and Transfer,
(f) Lease, construction, operation and transfer,
(g) Development, operation and transfer,
(h) Management, Operation and Transfer,
(j) Rehabilitation, Operation and Transfer, Explanation: For the purpose of this section, rehabilitation means the repair, expansion or reconstruction of the existing infrastructure.
(j) any other such manner.
(3) When implementing the project according to sub-section (2), the project can be implemented in one or more stages of construction, operation, rehabilitation, maintenance and expansion of a project.
