(1) A project committee will be constituted for the implementation of large-scale irrigation projects designated by the Government of Nepal. (2) The following chairman and members will be in the project committee:-
(a) Secretary, Ministry of Irrigation – Chairman
(b) Director General, Irrigation Department – ​​Member
(c) Director General, Department of Agriculture – Member
(d) Representative, Ministry of Finance – Member
(e) Representative, National Planning Commission – Member
(f) Representative, Ministry of General Administration – Member
(g) Concerned Project Head – Member – Secretary
