(1) If it is necessary to prepare records for the purpose of registering personal incidents and preparing civil records, the Ministry may assign staff for that work.
(2) It shall be the duty of the concerned person to answer the questionnaire or the details requested by the employee appointed in accordance with sub-section (1).
