(1) The council may appoint the required number of employees for the operation of the council by providing salaries, allowances and other facilities from its own financial resources.
(2) The employees appointed under sub-section (1) shall be under the supervision and control of the Registrar.
(3) The service conditions and facilities of the employees appointed under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed in the regulations.
