The functions, duties and powers of the Council shall be as follows:-
(a) To implement the decisions taken by the Assembly from time to time and to follow the directions given by the Assembly.
(b) To submit annual program, budget, audit report and other reports and proposals of Pragya Foundation to the meeting for decision.
(c) Protecting and maintaining the movable and immovable assets of Pragya Pratishthan.
(d) To arrange and operate the funds of Pragya Pratishthan.
(e) To make necessary arrangements for the management and administration of various agencies of Pragya Pratishthan.
(f) Accepting donations received for Pragya Pratishthan.
(G) To direct the meeting and perform other tasks as prescribed.
