(1) The Council shall have a separate fund (2) The entire expenses of the council shall be met from the fund under sub-section (1).
(3) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall contain the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Amounts received in the form of loans, donations, grants or donations from domestic or foreign individuals, organizations, governments or international associations, organizations,
(c) Amounts raised from various levies imposed by the Council,
(d) Amount received from any other source.
(4) The prior approval of the Government of Nepal shall be obtained while receiving the amount as per clause (b) of sub-section (3).
(5) The amount received in the fund of the council should be deposited in any commercial bank of Nepal.
(6) Funds and accounts of the Council shall be operated as prescribed.
