Rule 25
Council Funds
(1) The Council shall have a separate fund and the following amounts shall be deposited in the fund:-
(a) Section 25A of the Act. The amount to be received according to,
(b) Amount received from Government of Nepal or District Development Committee,
(c) Funds received from domestic or foreign organizations or individuals, (d) Funds received from any other source.
(2) In accordance with clause (c) of sub-rule (1), prior approval of the Government of Nepal should be obtained while taking any kind of assistance from a foreign organization or person.
