(1) The Council shall have a special fund of its own and the following funds shall be in that fund:-

(a) Funds received from the Government of Nepal,

(b) Sports Fees charged for providing related training,

(c) Amounts earned by performing sports,

(d) Amounts provided as donations or assistance by any person or organization,

(e) Funds received from international organizations, foreign governments or agencies,

(f) Funds received from any other source.

(2) Clause of sub-section (1) In order to receive funds under (e), the Council shall take the prior approval of the Government of Nepal.

(3) All expenses incurred in the name of the Council shall be borne by the Fund. or any other bank account will be opened and deposited.
