(1) The constitution of the Council shall be as follows:-
(a) Attorney General – Chairman
(b) President, Nepal Bar Association – Member
(c) Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs – Member
(d) Secretary (Law), Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers - Member
(e) Secretary, Nepal Law Commission - Member (f) Secretary, Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation - Member
(g) Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Member
(h) Registrar, Supreme Court – Member
(2) The secretary under section 7 shall act as the secretary of the council (3) The procedure for the meeting of the Council shall be as prescribed.
