(1) The following members will be in the council established as per Section 3:-

(a) A person nominated by the Government of Nepal from among the people who have been engaged in the health profession for at least 5 years after obtaining a bachelor's degree in a subject related to the health profession. - Chairman

(b) Chairman of Nepal Health Technical Association or his designated representative - Member

(c) Chairman of Nepal Pharmaceutical Association or his designated representative member

( d) President of Nepal Radiological Society or his designated representative – member

(e) Three registered health professionals nominated by Nepal Government on the recommendation of Nepal Health Technical Association from Pathology, Physiotherapy, Public Health subject group – member

(f) Four health professionals elected from among themselves as prescribed by the registered health professionals – Member

(g) Dean of the Institute of Medicine or his designated representative – Member

(h) Representative, Nepal Medical Council - Members

(2) The Government of Nepal may add or change the members of the Council after consulting the Council by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.

(3) If the Council deems it necessary, any native or A foreign expert may be invited to participate in the meeting as an observer.

(4) The Government of Nepal may form a committee covering the areas mentioned in section 4 to carry out the work of the council until the council is formed. The term of the committee formed in that way will be one year at most.
