(1) The Government of Nepal may appoint or designate any person involved in the health profession as a registrar to carry out the administrative work of the council.

(2) The registrar will work as the secretary of the council.

(3) The service, conditions and facilities of the registrar will be as prescribed.

(4) In the absence of the registrar, the Government of Nepal will appoint any other authorized level employee of the council to take action on all the tasks that he has to do.
