(1) The meeting of the Council shall normally be held four times a year.
(2) The meeting of the council shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the Council are present, the quorum for the meeting of the Council shall be considered.
(4) The meeting of the council shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence by the vice-chairman. In the absence of both the chairman and the vice-chairman, a person chosen by the members present in the meeting will preside over the meeting (5) The opinion of the majority in the meeting of the Council shall be valid. If the votes are equal, the person presiding over the meeting can cast a decisive vote.
(6) The decision of the Council shall be certified by the Registrar (7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Council shall be as determined by the Council itself.
