(1) The meeting of the council shall be as determined by the chairman.

(2) The meeting of the council shall normally be held three times a year and the chairman may call the meeting more often if he deems necessary.

(3) The chairman will preside over the meeting of the council. In his absence, a person chosen by the members from among themselves will preside over the meeting.

(4) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the council are present, the quorum for the meeting of the council will be considered to be reached.

(5) The majority of the council meeting. The opinion will be valid and if the votes are equal, the person presiding over the meeting will have the casting vote.

(6) The decision of the council will be verified by the registrar.

(7) Allowances and other allowances received by the members for participating in the meeting. The facilities will be as specified.

(8) Other procedures related to the council meeting will be as determined by the council itself.
