11. Provisions regarding Council Meetings:

(1) The Council meeting will be held to discuss the plans formulated for the next period after the plan for one period has ended.
(2) The meeting of the council shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the council (3) The meeting of the council shall be presided over by the chairman of the council and in his absence by the vice-chairman of the council (4) The Secretary of the Commission shall work as a member-secretary of the Council (5) The concerned officials and experts can be invited to the meeting of the council.
(6) The decision of the Council will be verified by the Vice President of the Commission.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Council shall be as prescribed.
