10. Arrangements for Council Meetings

(1) Council meetings will be held once a year.
(2) The meeting of the council shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the council (3) The meeting of the Council shall be presided over by the Chairman of the Council and in his absence by the senior member of the Council.
(4) Related officers and experts can be invited to the meeting of the council.
(5) The decision of the council will be verified by the member-secretary of the council.
(6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the council shall be as determined by the council itself.
