Section 31
Dissolution of the Council
: (1) The Council is not able to use the rights granted to it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act or has misused the rights or has used more powers than the rights granted or the Council has to comply with this Act or the rules made under this Act. If the government of Nepal feels that it has failed to fulfill its duties, the government of Nepal can dissolve the council
(2) After the dissolution of the council according to sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal shall keep the funds and property of the council under its charge until another council is formed, and it may perform all the work to be done by the council in accordance with this Act and the rules made under this act, or by forming a committee and having it done by the committee. .
(3) The Government of Nepal shall form another Council in accordance with Section 5 within three months after the dissolution of the Council in accordance with Sub-section (1).
(4) After the formation of another council in accordance with sub-section (3), according to sub-section (2), the funds and assets held by the Government of Nepal shall be transferred to the said council.
