Section 31
Dissolution of the Council
: (1) The Council fails to exercise its powers in accordance with this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act or abuses the rights or uses more powers than the rights granted or the Council complies with this Act or the rules made under this Act If the government of Nepal feels that it has failed to fulfill its duties, the government of Nepal can dissolve the council
(2) If the council is dissolved according to sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal shall keep the funds and assets of the council in its charge until another council is formed, and it may do all the work of the council by itself or form a committee and have it done by that committee.
(3) Within three months after the dissolution of the Council according to sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal shall form another Council according to Section 5.
(4) In case another council is formed according to sub-section (3), the funds and assets held by the Government of Nepal in accordance with sub-section (2) shall be transferred to the said council.
(3) Within three months after the dissolution of the Council according to sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal shall form another Council according to Section 5.
(4) In case another council is formed according to sub-section (3), the funds and assets held by the Government of Nepal in accordance with sub-section (2) shall be transferred to the said council.
