Section 3
Establishment of Council
(1) There shall be establishment of a Council named Nepal Law Practitioners Council.
(2) The Council shall be a self-governing and organized body with unbroken succession.
(3) The Council shall have a separate seal of its own (4) The council may acquire, enjoy, sell or dispose of movable and immovable property as well as in any other manner.
(5) The Council may file a complaint in its own name as well as a person and may also file a complaint in the same name.
(6) The office of the Council will be in Kathmandu Valley.
