(1) The watershed protection officer, when arranging a test site under clause (b) of section 4, may plant any crop, fruit, tree, plant, grass or other similar vegetation in such test site and have it grown and tested.

< p>(2) No one shall in any way destroy the crops, fruits, trees, plants, grass or other similar plants planted in the test site as per sub-section (1).
