A person who wishes to obtain a certificate for translation and other specific tasks specified by the council must have passed the notary public examination.
(2) The examination council as per sub-section (1) may conduct the examination by itself or make arrangements to conduct it by any organization that provides training related to justice or law or conducts the examination of legal practitioners.
(3) The syllabus, type of examination and other arrangements related to the examination as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
