: (1) According to section 21, during the recognition of a certificate or title of an educational qualification or after the recognition, the council may appoint and send an inspector to inspect the examination system to be taken by the institution to the relevant teacher who will grant the certificate or title of the said educational qualification.
(2) The inspector sent according to sub-section (1) shall not interfere in the examination during the inspection.
(3) The inspector inspecting the examination according to sub-section (2) shall prepare a report about the things observed during the inspection and submit it to the council.
