Section 17
A permit is required for mountain climbing
(1) A mountaineer party who wants to climb a mountain peak in Nepal opened by the Nepal government for mountain climbing must submit an application to the Nepal government as prescribed.
(2) Sub-section (1) After receiving the BMO gym application, the Government of Nepal may issue the permit as prescribed after conducting the necessary investigation.
