Section 36
Exemption can be given to mountaineering teams
Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, Nepalese and designated mountaineering teams or foreign mountain climbing teams that include Nepali citizens as members in the mountaineering team may be given exemptions or concessions as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
