The following shop management and monitoring committee will be formed in each district to distribute the assistance provided by the Nepal government to the cooperative organizations that operate shops and to choose the appropriate cooperative organization for its management and monitoring:-
(a) District Development Committee Chairman – Coordinator
(b) Chief District Officer or an officer designated by him – Member
(c) Local Development Officer or his designated officer – Member
(C1) Head, District Agricultural Development Office – Member
(c2) Head, District Animal Services Office – Member
(d) Home and Small Industries or Commerce Office or Head of Home and Small Industries Development Committee – Member
(e) Head or representative of District-based National Trading Ltd., Salt Trading Ltd., Nepal Food Institute, Nepal Ayal Niyam – Member
(f) District Cooperative Union Ltd. Chairman - Member of
(g) Officers of commercial offices in the district - members
(h) Chairman of District-based Industry or Commerce Association – Member
(J1) Two members appointed by the monitoring committee from among the presidents of the relevant district cooperative associations (i) Cooperative Officer of Divisional Cooperative Office - Member-Secretary

However, in the case of districts where there is no Divisional Cooperative Office, an authorized employee of the District Agricultural Development Office appointed by the Monitoring Committee will work as a member-secretary.
