Section 26
Requests related to mutual legal assistance should be sent to the central authority
After receiving a request for mutual legal assistance from a foreign state in accordance with Sections 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, such request and the accompanying details, documents and evidence It should be sent to the central authority for mutual legal assistance.
