<br> to exchange mutual support
The special administration group may request the assistance of the related agencies of foreign countries as necessary in the process of proceeding with the process of restructuring any commercial bank or financial institution after taking the prior approval of the bank. It will be able to carry out the necessary actions in order to support the actions being taken in another country on the basis of reciprocity or to grant recognition to the actions taken by the authorized body of another country. While providing such assistance or granting recognition to the work, the claimants shall be treated equally. (3) Except in cases where confidentiality is required and sensitive data must be protected, the special administrative group shall take the loan of a commercial bank or financial institution in the process of restructuring, prior approval of the bank, etc. (4) Banking and deposit insurance protection in relation to any commercial bank or financial institution established in Nepal and having a branch or office abroad, or any commercial bank or financial institution established in a foreign country having a branch or office in Nepal. (5) Banks and deposit insurance institutions shall make mutual agreements regarding the development and plans of related bodies of foreign countries and any event or problem affecting commercial banks or financial institutions that are under development. They may exchange such information or assistance for requesting information or assistance. (6) Based on reciprocity under this clause, when any assistance or coordination with the central bank, commercial bank or financial institution or deposit insurance institution of a foreign country is required, such assistance and coordination is required from the government level. If not, the bank will recommend to the Government of Nepal to make necessary arrangements in this regard.
