In case the proponent prepares a preliminary environmental assessment report in accordance with this regulation, in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 6 of the Act, if the relevant body determines that the environmental impact assessment of the proposal should also be carried out while examining the report received with the proposal, the proponent shall submit the environmental impact assessment report. All the procedures required to be completed in accordance with this regulation must be completed.
