Section 92
To be re-examined

(1) Within seven days from the expiry date written in sub-section (2) of section 91, an application for re-examination should be submitted to the authorized officer and the examination should be passed.
(2) If the inspection is not passed by the deadline written in sub-section (1), if such vehicle is brought to be inspected within thirty-five days from the date of passing the inspection, then such vehicle shall be inspected and passed in addition to the inspection fee of 100%.
(3) If the examination is not passed within the time limit as per sub-section (2), the certificate of such examination will be canceled automatically. In this way, if a public vehicle whose inspection pass certificate is canceled is brought for re-inspection, the owner or manager of the vehicle must collect a fine of up to five thousand rupees in addition to the fine as per sub-section (2) and give such vehicle a re-inspection certificate.
