Rule 11

According to Rule 10, if the organization whose certificate has been revoked wants to do insurance business again, it must apply again to register its name as an insurer according to Rule 7.
(2) If a request is received from an organized organization according to sub-rule (1), the committee shall investigate whether the organized organization has complied with the professional conduct while conducting insurance business as an insurer under the Act, these regulations and the instructions given by the committee from time to time, and if it deems appropriate, the customs mentioned in rule 7 A new certificate should be given to the organized organization after taking an additional fee of twenty five thousand rupees and re-registering the name of such organized organization in the registration book.
