(1) The worker who wants to get a work permit again must submit an application to the relevant agency along with the necessary documents as specified.
(2) The workers in foreign countries can obtain a work permit from the Nepalese diplomatic mission visiting the respective countries at most twice.
(3) Other arrangements related to re-employment shall be as prescribed.”
(8) In clauses (a), (b) and (d) of sub-section (1) of section 38, the words "labour, employment and social security" have been substituted for the words "labour, employment and transport system". br> (9) In sub-section (1) of section 64, instead of the words "the hearing officer of the Labor Court", the words "a member of the same court appointed by the Chairman of the Labor Court" are substituted.
(10) of section 74,-
(a) in sub-section (2) the words “or to appoint his representative” shall be omitted.
(b) in sub-section (4) for the words "opening a branch" the words "opening a branch in a foreign country" are substituted.
(11) For the words “Foreign Employment Promotion Board”, the words “Foreign Employment Board” have been substituted.
