Section 207
Court fee to be paid on appeal
(1) When making an appeal, a copy of the court fee as per the law must be submitted along with the appeal.
(2) Regardless of what is written in sub-section (1), if the court has allowed the payment of court fees while the case is being decided, even if there is no evidence that the court fees have been filed, an appeal must be filed.
