(1) After the appeal is registered, the Srestedar has to take out the missile related to such appeal from the relevant tribunal or office.
(2) After receiving the notice as per sub-rule (1), in order to take action and dispose of the appeal, the Srestedar shall fix the hearing date and submit the case to the hearing list and submit it to the Appellate Tribunal.
