(1) A person who is not satisfied with the decision or order given by any agency or official according to the prevailing law may file an appeal in the court within thirty-five days from the date of receiving the information of the said decision or order:-
(a) Name, Surname, Nationality and Surname of the Appellant,
(b) The name, surname, country and father's name of the person to be made a respondent,
(c) the name of the person or body which passed the decision or order which is not satisfied,
(d) date of judgment or order,
(e) particulars of the decision or order,
(f) Request for Appeal,
(g) Matters within the jurisdiction of the Court.
(2) Where there is no court, the appeal as per sub-rule (1) can be given to the relevant labor office and the labor office shall also send such appeal to the court within seven days after giving the copy of the appeal received in this way to the concerned person.
