Section 66
Establishment and Composition of Appellate Tribunal
(1) The Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette to hear appeals on the decision or order made by the tribunal and to hear appeals on the decision or order made by the controller or certifying body in accordance with this Act. A three-member Information Technology Appellate Tribunal will be constituted.
(2) The Law Member shall be the Chairman of the Appellate Tribunal (3) The jurisdiction of the Appellate Tribunal shall be exercised as prescribed.
