(1) Dissatisfied with the decision of the officer looking into the case, he can file an appeal before the relevant Regional Director of Agriculture in the format as per Schedule-22 within thirty-five days from the date of the decision.
(2) Proceedings related to the appeal filed as per sub-rule (1) shall be disposed of within three months from the date of appeal.
(3) Information about the action taken on the appeal of the case should be given to the concerned party in the format as per Schedule-23.
