(1) The appellate tribunal shall withdraw the case file in which the appeal has been registered from the relevant tribunal.
(2) After receiving the case file from the tribunal as per sub-rule (1) in the appellate tribunal, in order to process and dispose of the appeal, Shrestedar shall submit the case to the appellate tribunal on the weekly and daily list of appearances.
(3) All appeals related to the case and the submissions of the advocates must be included in the appeal letter.
