Rule 22
Matters to be disclosed in the appeal letter
The following matters shall be disclosed in the appeal letter given under Rule 21:-
(a) Name, surname and nationality of the appellant,
(b) The name, surname and nationality of the person or organization to be made a respondent,
(c) the name of the tribunal which decided the decision which is not satisfied,
(d) Whether the petitioner or the respondent in the original suit,
(e) date of decision and details thereof,
(f) Defects asserted in the original suit and defects sustained in such suit,
(g) Matters not satisfied in the decision, the reasons thereof and the matter demanded in the appeal,
(h) If the defect is not disclosed in the appealed case, the estimated value of such defect,
(i) If the appeal of the other party or the respondent is filed, if it is known that it has not been filed,
(j) the law under which the appeal lies,
(k) The fact that evidence is filed within the time limit,
(l) Other necessary matters.
