Rule 24
Appeal
(1) In the case of an appeal submitted to the Council in accordance with the Act regarding the decision or work done by the Registrar, if the appellant (person making the appeal) is a member of the Council, it shall be discussed and decided in the meeting of the Council with both the member and the Registrar present. But the chairman of the council shall give notice of such meeting to the registrar and the appellant at least one month in advance.
(2) The Council may give its decision even if the Registrar or the appellant is not present on the day specified in the notice of meeting held under sub-rule (1).
