Dissatisfied with the amount of compensation given under section 10, 15 or 16 or the cancellation of the permit by the designated authority under section 21 or the punishment order given by the designated authority under sub-section (1), (2) or (3) of section 22 The person can appeal to the High Court within thirty five days.
