Aggrieved by the cancellation of the permit by the designated authority under sub-section (2) of section 8 or the amount of compensation given under section 29, 32 or 33 or the punishment order given by the designated authority under sub-section (1) and (2) of section 38 A person who does not understand can appeal to the High Court within thirty five days.
