In this Act, unless the subject or context otherwise requires,-
(a) "Electricity" means electric power generated by water, mineral oil, coal, gas, wind power, wind power, nuclear power or any other means.
(b) "Hydroelectricity" means electric power produced by water.
(c) "Permit" means a permit issued under this Act (d) "Consumer" means a person who receives electricity from a person who receives a permit.
(e) "Fee" means the fee charged from the customer for providing electricity service in accordance with this Act.
(f) "License holder" means a person or an organized organization that has received a license according to section 4.
(g) "Inspector" shall mean the electrical inspector appointed under section 37 and the term shall also refer to the chief electrical inspector.
(h) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this Act.
