In case of dissatisfaction with the decision made in accordance with this Act and the rules made under this Act to incur any penalty or penalty and in case of disagreement with the decision made in relation to the application given in accordance with section 34, the person or employee who is dissatisfied shall be punished by the authority within fifteen days of receiving such decision. An appeal can be made to an officer one level above and the decision given by the officer hearing the appeal will be final.
