(1). According to sub-section (2) of section 63, a person who is not satisfied with the decision of fine made by the railway administrator can file an appeal in the relevant district court within thirty-five days from the date of such decision.
(2) According to sub-section (3) of section 63, a person who is not satisfied with the decision of penalty made by the station master can file an appeal before the railway administrator within thirty-five days from the date of such decision. (3) A person who is not satisfied with the decision made by the hearing officer under section 69 may file an appeal in the relevant High Court within thirty-five days from the date of such decision.
