(1) There shall be a separate reconstruction fund for the Authority.
(2) In sub-section (1) the fund of BAMOZIM shall contain the following amounts of BAMOZIM:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Amounts received from the Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund,
(c) money received from any association, organization or person,
(d) Cash or in-kind assistance or funds received from foreign individuals, governments or international associations, organizations,
(e) Amount received from any other source.
(3) Before receiving the amount as per clause (d) of sub-section (2), the authority shall take the approval of the Ministry of Finance in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
(4) The operation of the fund under subsection (1) shall be as determined by the executive committee.
(5) Regardless of what is written in the existing law, the amount in the reconstruction fund according to this section shall not be frozen.
(6) Fund amount as per sub-section (1) shall be spent only for reconstruction work.
(7) The Authority shall prepare and submit to the Government of Nepal the annual transaction status and other accounts of the fund as per sub-section (1).
