: (1) The Government of Nepal shall establish a rehabilitation center as needed to provide physical or mental treatment, social rehabilitation and family reunification to the victims.
(1a) The provincial government and local level in coordination with the government of Nepal can establish rehabilitation centers as needed.
(1B) If the rehabilitation center established by the Nepal Government wants to be operated by the provincial government or the local level, the Nepal government can hand over such centers to be operated by the central provincial government or the local level.
(2) An organization may establish and operate a rehabilitation center for the purpose of sub-section (1) after taking approval as prescribed and the Government of Nepal shall regularly and effectively monitor the rehabilitation centers established by such organizations and institutions.
(2a) Centers established and operated by the state government or local level in accordance with sub-sections (1a) and (1b) shall be monitored by the respective state government or local level.
(3) The center operated according to sub-section (2) may provide financial and other support as determined by the Government of Nepal.
(4) The center will arrange for social rehabilitation and family reunification of the person in the center.
(5) The Center shall provide medical treatment and counseling services and facilities to the victims according to their needs.
(6) Victims in the center should not be forced to do any work against their will.
(7) Management of the center, operational standards, monitoring, skill training for the victims and arrangements related to employment, rehabilitation, family reunification will be as prescribed.
