(1) If any person attempts to produce, stock, sell, distribute, transport, export or import alcohol contrary to this Act, he shall give evidence of the same or produce a person with evidence to prove that such act has been committed. If found, the following amount will be given as a reward:-

(a) Ten percent of the tip to the person who gives the tip,

(b) Twenty percent of the tip to the person who presents the alcohol or the person.

(c) Thirty percent of the price to the person who submits both alcohol and people. The amount will be considered bad.

(3) If the confiscated liquor or goods cannot be auctioned for any reason or if the auction is not held, the government of Nepal may reward the person who gives such information or submits the person with proof of arrest.

(4) If there is more than one person receiving the award according to this section, the amount of the award will be distributed evenly.
